We took over this property in a fully gutted condition. Our goal was to fulfill the client’s vision: a modern apartment with Andalusian touches.

Our project planner prepared all plans in advance, and through professional project management, we created a living space that combines maximum comfort with contemporary energy efficiency.

As part of the renovation in Marbella – Nueva Andalucía, the entire plumbing and wastewater system, as well as the electrical installations, were completely renewed. Following that, all ceilings, walls, and floors were rebuilt from scratch.

A high-quality German fitted kitchen and modern-designed bathrooms complete the harmonious living concept, while elegantly integrated LED ceiling lighting adds extra comfort and creates a cozy atmosphere.

An energy-efficient heat pump from Daikin, combined with underfloor heating from Schlüter, ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round with low operating costs.

Additionally, new PVC windows and doors by Kömmerling not only contribute to energy savings but also give the apartment a modern appearance. Thanks to the photovoltaic system, energy consumption was reduced to nearly zero.

The outdoor areas were also extensively renovated: the flat roof received a liquid polyurea waterproofing, while the terrace was upgraded with Schlüter-Kerdi and a perfectly integrated drainage system.
