In Mijas Costa, our client commissioned a thorough refurbishment focusing on the complete renewal of bathrooms and a full terrace reconstruction. Our goal was to create a modern living space with lasting quality—executed with premium materials and expert skill.

The bathroom renovation included a full redesign with modern fixtures, up-to-date sanitary installations, and elegant finishes, resulting in a space that combines comfort, functionality, and style.

The terrace was completely rebuilt: professionally waterproofed using the Schlüter-Ditra system, re-tiled, and visually enhanced. This not only gives a modern look but also effectively protects against moisture and cracking—a real advantage for any home on the Costa del Sol.

As part of the full renovation, the interior was also updated: some walls were replastered, floors professionally sanded and polished, walls and ceilings painted, and recessed ceiling lights installed to give the entire living area a fresh, elegant appearance.
