Complete Renovation with Heart and Vision – Project Estepona

This property on the Costa del Sol was completely renovated by us — with a special focus on combining modern technology with a deep sense of family heritage. The owner grew up in this house, which for many years served as a beloved holiday home in Estepona. The goal of the renovation was to preserve its emotional value while redesigning the home for future generations.

In the first phase, all technical systems were replaced: this included a completely new electrical and plumbing installation, as well as the full replacement of the wastewater system. On this foundation, all walls, ceilings, and floors were rebuilt to create a harmonious and contemporary living atmosphere.

A particular highlight is the newly designed layout of the master bedroom: targeted structural changes shifted the sleeping area to allow for unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea — a perfect blend of functionality and quality of life. Additionally, a small yet elegant kitchenette was integrated into the master suite, adding a sense of independence and enhancing the room’s exclusive atmosphere.

The main kitchen and bathrooms were also completely redesigned. With modern design and carefully chosen features, they seamlessly integrate into the high-end overall concept.

Special attention was given to the energy efficiency of windows and doors: premium, energy-saving elements ensure sustainability and living comfort. While the exterior adhered to the design guidelines of the urbanisation, the interior was tailored entirely to the client’s wishes.

As part of the sustainable concept, a powerful solar system was installed to provide the house with eco-friendly energy. Given the beachfront location in Estepona and the weather-related challenges it presents, the spacious terrace was rebuilt using the Schlüter waterproofing system. The result is a stylish and weather-resistant outdoor area, perfectly suited to the coastal climate.
